Solutions

Engineering and Product Design

We focus on designing for manufacturing (DFM), which means that we consider the manufacturing process from the earliest stages of design to ensure that your product is easy and cost-effective to produce.

Expertise

Advanced Prototype Development

We meticulously navigate through the complexities of design, material selection, and usability, ensuring each prototype is a precise manifestation of your ideation, paving the way from conceptualization to market-ready solutions with prowess and reliability.

From intricate design, prototyping, to full-scale production, our specialized team ensures your concept evolves into a market-ready, pioneering product.

Dive into Kenko Solutions’ impactful business cases, showcasing our pivotal role in transmuting innovative ideas into groundbreaking products across diverse industries, and fueling technological advancements.

Common CPR manikins are bulky and expensive. Carrying multiple manikins for CPR training sessions is a challenge for instructors. These manikins have been in the market for many years and there hasn't been a lot of innovation in this area.

Client: RCPractica

Soluciones Kenko previously developed a version 1 CPR training product that had a reduced overall shape and achieved a lower price compared to the majority of competitors. It quickly reached a Top Selling product position in MercadoLibre (a Latin America Amazon equivalent).

Year: 2020

We designed a product suite consisting of 3 variants of the rcpractica to have a scalable pricing and also was developed to be modular. The most complete variant of the product has a visual feedback through 3 LEDs in a feedback box, and it is still cheaper and more portable than most CPR manikins.

Industry: Comercial

Residential gas suppliers have to continuously visit buildings to check on the gas level of their tanks. If it gets empty without the company noticing, the whole building runs out of gas and customers begin to complain.

Client: NUBE IoT

The efficiency of this process can be improved by having an IoT device attached to the gas gauge tank and sending small packets of information through a cellular network. The device needs to have very long battery life and be very resourceful with how it manages energy expenditure.

Year: 2021

A round device with 4G network connectivity was created and tested successfully. The round shape is to reduce the footprint of the device and avoid collisions with surrounding structures or pipes. The white casing helps reducing the absorbed heat produced by sunlight and care was taken to choose a plastic with UV-resistant properties.

Industry: Consumer IoT

The challenge was to greatly reduce the price, size, and setup time of an EKG monitor. Setup time can be a big pain when a patient has just fallen unconscious. Every elapsed minute can substantially change the prognosis of the patient for worse.

Client: ECGlove

Soluciones Kenko designed a small EKG monitor capable of reading three EKG channels (the most common ones). The use of disposable electrodes is not required, reducing variable costs and supply logistics for medical practitioners.

Year: 2017

Being the first medical device developed and manufactured by Soluciones Kenko, our company had to acquire a Good Manufacturing Practices (NOM-241-SSA1) certificate.

Industry: Health Care
